Learn the basics of engraving in this one-on-one full day course. Become acquainted with chisels, learn to sharpen them and learn the different types and their uses. Practice graver control and angle depth, work on consistency and begin the pathway to making your own engravings. We will practice lines, circles, basic shapes and discuss design. We will also do some practice with hammer and chisel engraving as this is a much lower price point to enter into the art of engraving. A great class for beginners and those that have never engraved before.
