This small sloyd style carving knife is a wonderful knife to have around the shop. Originally designed for wood carving, I have found that it is excellent for cutting leather, paper, or any other fine cutting or carving needed. It is double beveled with a true zero grind, meaning there is no secondary bevel. This means the blade is extremely sharp and will stay sharp for a long time; though be mindful that it means the edge is also fairly delicate and while it excels at carving it should not be twisted or bent at all. Steel is 80crv2.
