This Santoku has an 8” long and 2” wide mosaic damascus blade in my original “Seraphim” pattern. The weight is a little out in front to aid in both slicing and rocking. The hand-carved Macassar Ebony handle is very comfortable in multiple grips and adds a very nice floral element to an already unique and high performing chef knife.
